Handling time includes order verification, vendor coordination, product preparation, and packaging.

Orders are dispatched after the vendor completes the necessary preparations and the courier partner collects the shipment.

2. Transit Time

Once the shipment is picked up by the courier partner, delivery typically takes 7–8 business days.

Transit time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will receive shipping or tracking details when available to help them follow their shipment.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 8–10 business days from order confirmation, including handling and transit time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Remote locations, public holidays, adverse weather, and courier service disruptions may cause additional delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹10,000: ₹100 shipping charge per shipment.

Orders above ₹10,000: Free shipping.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you can use the provided tracking details to check the shipment status.

6. Delays and Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team for assistance. We will coordinate with the relevant vendor or courier partner to help resolve the issue.
